Cyber risk awareness is critical for all employees. Board cyber risk awareness includes understanding of obligations and potential liability from regulation. For executive leaders the focus is the cyber risks associated with their teams. CAP education programs are tailored to improve organisational awareness.

The cyber risk management strategy and steps taken on the path to operational maturity must be communicated to all stakeholders in forms that are understood and appreciated. Every stakeholder has a role to play in the cyber security of the organisation. At any time, following assessment and/or improvement plans being undertaken the CAP can assist the customer with education services for the following stakeholders as required:

  • Executive leadership

  • Information technology services

  • Employees

  • Shareholders and customers

  • The board

Education can be provided in various formats including boardroom, classroom, theatre and e-learning. Informal and formal testing will be provided and results fed into the cyber risk register and improvement frameworks, and are a key indicator of the organisation’s cyber risk culture.
